Came well packaged and well within the expected delivery time. I was kept up to date with progress and once the dress had been shipped I loved that I could trace it. I was a little disappointed in the ruffles on the bottom. They are loose and there are not very many. not that much as show in picture. However I would like to return it for a wedding dress if that's possible.
