I spoke with one of the customer service reps on their chat tab. When my daughter's prom dress arrived, we were both "floored!" It came exactly as pictured if not even more beautiful. It only took a couple of days to arrive at our home and it is soooo stunning! My daughters prom is not until next month, but the relief I have to know the dress is true to the size chart and as beautiful as was displayed on line will make a huge difference. I am truly a huge fan for life with my the customer service as well as the company standing behind their product.
